Inspired by the Japanese word Marumi (丸み), meaning rounded, this cup was designed around the simple pleasure of holding a warm cup of coffee. Its soft curves feel natural in the hand, while the wide opening gives espresso room to breathe and makes pouring silky milk for a cortado or macchiato effortless.
Every detail serves a purpose. A subtle indentation at the base creates a secure, comfortable grip, and the rounded interior helps preserve heat while enhancing the drinking experience.
Each cup is handmade and hand-finished in Portugal by skilled ceramic artisans. No two pieces are exactly alike—small variations in glaze, color, and shape are a reflection of the craft behind every piece.
Because every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, glaze, shape, and capacity (up to approximately 10%) are natural and part of what makes each cup unique.
